Can You Tell What Is Missing
OpEx by OpEx
There are four elements in every success. Strategy, management, performance, and leadership. If any are failing, then all are failing. Identifying which of the four is either failing or forgotten is our first step. I have helped many global organizations identify and recover the missing components and experience unexpected and unheard-of performance. The momentum in adopting this version of Operational Excellence carries forward for many years to come. My engagements are contracted on a month-to-month basis and my average engagement is approaching nine years. If you are ready to move to the next level of performance and learn a new and innovative operating system for your organization, then I am ready to come on board.
As a former operating executive, I am not practicing with theoretical concepts, I am bringing a framework that has addressed every possible performance gap in every possible function or facility across many industries. I first practiced it and honed it to a razor sharp that cuts through any crap, functional or relational, to get the foundation of the problem, and to involve the right people in the right way at the right time. If you want something to last, it has to be built in your own back yard. Every team needs guidance the first time through. After five iterations of this there is no returning to where you came from. This fact comes from years of practice and research to back it up.
Find out more. Ask your questions. Set up a short call and ask your questions. If we are right for one another, we’ll know it. If we aren’t, we’ll know that too. There is no obligation, and I won’t call you to pressure you into working together. My reputation is more important to me than that. My reputation is built on success, not solicitation.
Just remember there are four elements in every success. I’ll teach you to assess each one, identify what is missing and address it appropriately. If you haven’t gotten this from your previous consultants, I urge to remove them and move on. I have cleaned up many consultant messes in my past and I am sure I will do the same in my future. As chairman of the Lean Certification Alliance, I have helped many organizations find their way. I’m only a phone call away. Scheduling yours is very simple. The link is here for you. So, the ball is in your court.
Best of luck to you, but if you’re tired of relying on luck, find out about the alternative. apc
